We do not share gift recipient details or gift messages with advertising partners.
4. Cookies, pixels, and advertising
We use advertising pixels and server-side tools from Meta (including the Meta Pixel and Conversions API), Google, and Pinterest. When you visit the Site, these tools may send those companies information such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages you view, items you add to your cart, and purchases you make, and, where permitted, a scrambled (hashed) version of your email address or phone number. They use this to measure our ads and to show our ads to you and to similar people, and may also use it as described in their own privacy policies: Meta, Google, Pinterest.
Shopify also uses cookies to operate the store (cart, checkout, security) and for analytics. See shopify.com/legal/cookies.
Your choices
- Cookie banner: when you first visit, you can accept or decline non-essential cookies. Advertising pixels do not run unless you accept. You can change your choice at any time through the "Your Privacy Choices" link at the bottom of the Site.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for that browser.
- Platform settings: you can also control ads based on your activity at Meta ad preferences, Google My Ad Center, and in your Pinterest privacy settings.
- Browser settings: you can block or delete cookies, though some parts of the Site, such as the cart, may not work.
5. "Sale" and "sharing" under California and other state laws
Using advertising pixels may be considered "selling" or "sharing" personal information, or "targeted advertising," under California and other state privacy laws. In the past 12 months we may have sold or shared the following categories with advertising partners (Meta, Google, and Pinterest): identifiers (such as IP address and hashed email or phone number), commercial information (products viewed and purchased), and internet activity (pages viewed). To opt out, click "Your Privacy Choices" at the bottom of the Site, decline cookies in our banner, or enable GPC in your browser. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
